gah! planning a gig is hard!

a group of my friends and i are trying to organise a benefit gig for the bushfire appeal

e have enough bands to get us through like 5 gigs

but we dont have too much of an idea on what exactly we have to do?

like how to get people to fund and sponsor us!

or what we have to provide in terms of equipment and stuff!

can anyone help?
